Miss mah family and friends in the Philippines

When are you going to visit the Philippines? This question makes me sad. I told my friend maybe five years from now. I'll be 27 years old by that time and maybe I will have baby by then.

I miss mah tatay (father). He is such a good father. Next month will be his birthday and his not getting younger but older. He will be 60 years old. Miss mah sisters too. Miss hanging out with them. huhu!

Before I always chat with my friends but now, rarely will I have the chance to chat with them. It's not that I am not online but they are not online. I understand that maybe they are busy. Can't do anything about it. I wanted to see them in person.

I'm so sad. I missed them so badly... :-(

Look how cute this cat is... That's Genina... i liked that cat so much.. hehehe! The owner of that cat was the Mom of Clifford. She has 2 cat and 6 dogs. Wow, that's a lot. The other cat don't like us or maybe she is just scared that maybe we will do something bad about her. hehe!! I always love animals. Someday I want to own one cat but sad to say that cliff is alergic to it. huhu!!

Walking

Every thrice a week, my husband and I go walking at the park. The first time, I got tired easily. It's like 30 minutes of walking. Wow!! I just walk so fast so that I will reach the end and go home.

Now, we just finish walking at that park again and I have so much fun. I don't think of how long it would take as but I just think that walking/exercise is a good for me (for my body). Tomorrow, we will be walking in the park again. :-)

Am I Pregnant?

My friends always ask this question to me. Cecille, are you pregnant? Do you have a baby now? Ofcourse I wanted to have a baby but now, I am not yet ready. I have my own priorities and having a baby is just number 5 in my list. It's not that easy guys. To make a baby is so simple but to take the responsibility, oohh! so much work.

It's funny because every month I asked my self if I am pregnant. Lately, we are not careful anymore. huhu!! I don't take pills or what so ever and sometimes I'm afraid. Seriously, hope I'm not pregnant.

Can't live without computer. can't live without internet

I came here in USA not knowing anyone except for my husband. The first two weeks was so boring. I called my family often and chat with my friends from the Philippines everyday until one day I change the location question at my friendster account and alot of Filipino's from Texas Pop out from there. I was so happy. I viewed their profile and sent messages that I wanted them to be my friends. So see, without the internet thing, I won't be able to find them. Not being able to use the internet for one day is like not using it for so long. :-)

FRIDAY--is my favorite day. know why? Coz from that day upto sunday I got to spend it with my husband. We go watch a movie, eat in a nice Restaurant, sometimes go shopping, buy some groceries, have some intimate "chubba" (you know that guys) and on sunday go to chruch or if not read a bible. ............I have so much fun being with him.................. mmwwaahh!!

The Beast and the Beauty

4th and 5th Month here in USA

hhmm!! We moved to a new apartment last March. It is much nicer than the old one. What I like most was the Balcony/Patio. Last April we went to the Houston Zoo. We

had so much fun there and it was my first time seeing Elephant, Giraffe, Tiger, Lion...etc. What I like most there was the Sea Lion. Some time in April my friends invited me to go shopping. haha! as if I have alot of money. I just bought some thing I need. This May, we went to a Birthday Party and we are planning to go to El Paso at the end of the month to meet his Mom. Exciting!! huhu!!

2nd and 3rd Month here in USA

Time run so fast. Still not much of a progress. Still adjusting but good news I have friends already. My first friend at friendster was Jan--. She introduced me to Kat---- and Kat---- invited me to her birthday party. I was nervous and I planned not to go there but I was thinkin "Cecille you need friends and maybe this is the start for you". I was like yeah why not. I was wrong with my negative thoughts, they were so friendly. I did not regret that I went there. And I was right that was the start. Valentines comes and I was happy. My bunny was so romantic.

I liked going to their mall here especially on weekdays coz there's few people out there unlike in the Philippines. The only problem about here is I have a hard time looking for shoes, sandals, clothes to fit me. I am so slim. I need to go to a Chinese Store. At restaurant their small servings of food is large for me. haha!!

1st Month here in USA

I was amazed on how beautiful this country is. I was on his car going to his apartment and I always looked around and asked him "Where are the people? It is so quiet here. I don't see anyone walking". haha!! (na igno si inday cecille) We ate at this restaurant and I ordered spaghetti. Wwhaatt kind of spaghetti is this? haha!! why is it the sauce is colored white? huhuhu!! I didn't finish it. On my first week here, I cried and cried. I don't like their foods, I missed my friends and family. I was totally bored. I looked some friends here through friendster and gladly I found one, then two then so on... I spent my Christmas here and there's nothing compare to how we celebrate Christmas in the Philippines. Here, it's like ordinary day. huhu!! Last Jan. 12 is our birthday. Isn't it nice that we have the same birthday except the year ofcourse :-). We just went to a restaurant... Still adjusting here but for how long am I going to adjust? Lets find out....

Bye Philippines

Last October 2007, I went to Manila to have my medical and Interview and glad I passed both. I received my visa last November. I told Cliff that I wanted to spend one month with my family and even told him to celebrate Christmas with them but he disagree with having Christmas there. December comes and it's time for me to leave my country. We woke up so early and went to the airport with my father and sisters. I wasn't that scared. That's my first time travelling alone outside the country. I arrived at NAIA about 12 noon and I waited 10 hours before my flight schedule. Wow! that was so boring. I talked to some people who waited for their flight too. And finally the waiting is over. I check in and went inside the plane. From Philippines to Guam; Guam to Hawaii; Hawaii to Houston. It's 23 hours of travel. BBOORRIINNGG!! I can't sleep but the good thing is they always feed you. haha!! People at the airport are so nice. Finally, I arrived at Houston about 8 am. I followed some of the passenger of that plane because I knew they are going to get their luggage. I felt nervous because their airport is so big and where could I find Cliff. I waited for my luggage and someone tries to scare me. When I looked who was that, I found it was Cliff. AAyyy!!! I felt more relief. He took my baggage and we left.

Planet Earth

I've seen this on youtube and I just can't help myself. I kept on playing it over and over again. Isn't it nice looking at the planet where we live. But alot are happening now and we are responsible for it. well, I guess it is not yet the end. We can still do something about it.

It all started when I was working at Nethauz Internet and More, I was just a trainee then when I met her. Her name was Cecille Ann, but others call her Ann. The first time I saw her, she was reading something, a pocket book, or a dictionary I think. She was one of my trainer then. She was smart, pretty and quite cute. We then exchange numbers, good thing, we're on the same network. We started to text each other often. I call her Te' Sasot in my text messaging since that what she want me to call her. The only communication we have is only texting cause I was assign in the other cafes. We rarely see each other. But I try to visit her every time I have to pay bills. We also see each other only in meetings, every first saturday of the month. Then there was a time that she changed my name. She gave me the name “Kian”. (my nick is Ken). A few months later, she was married. We were very happy for her, cause we know she had finally found her happiness thru her hubby. On the day she was married, we knew then that sooner or later she will be leaving us, but we didn't think it was so soon.. She was still working at Nethauz after her marriage and we still continued our texting habits. Sometimes we also get online and chat as if we don't really see each other. Until such time that I was promoted and got to be a cafe visor. But that offer was really offered to her first, but she didn't take it cause she had other plans for her future. Anyways, I was assigned to Capistrano, a branch where she was assigned too. I was very happy cause I know that things will be then easier for me since she was there. She was a great co worker, and a very great ATE. She was my attendant and I as her visor, but she was my adviser and I as her listener. Things got really well between us and my work. I celebrated my birthday with my friends and that includes her. I was very happy back then. I was also one of her guest when she celebrated her birthday too. As months go on, I was assign to another branch, a very far place. I knew that I couldn't make it. But my friends have all supported me and that includes her. I will never forget the day I was leaving. She was there at the pier, telling me to take good care of myself. When I arrived at CEBU, She was the first person to email me. And the person who made me cry there. (Hearing her voice makes me cry) I was very happy and that gave me the confidence to continue my journey. We're still texting and calling each other. I know I'm not the only friend that she have, and I was very happy cause she still have got time for me. When she calls me on my phone, I always tease her that her voice is not so feminine.. in short it was a voice of a man.. Then we'll laugh. After four months I went back to CDO. And got assign again in Capistrano. We still became good friends and with Ritsard. I joined their group in going to other places and just trying to enjoy life as much as possible. We went to places that I never thought I can go to. I have learned so much from them. Then there came Julie (Julius). We have so much have fun together just talking things. Things that are unrealistic and sometimes dramatic. But I never had a company like them, that had make me happy every time that were together. Now back to her. A few days from now, she will be leaving us. And it made us very sad. But we know it is for her happiness, that's why we still support her even though we are hurting. The last trip that we have was last Dec.1. Even though things didn't go as planned, but still we knew we enjoy each other company. We laugh and cried together. And still good friends. Te, Even though you are leaving us, don't ever think that we will forget someone so special like you. Just take care of yourself always. Just remember that we will be always here for you no matter. We loved you so much.. Never in my life I will regret having you as a big part of my life. Thanks for every thing. For all the advices that you have given me. And for calling me as your “shoulder to cry on”. Be happy always. We will be missing you always! Godbless.. Until we meet again! LUVU!

Embarrassing Moment

When I think about it, it makes me laugh...

When I was in college, my friend Step----- invited me to join a singing contest. Step and I loves to sing. There is a "fiesta" thats a celebration on their place and they had this singing contest. We joined and only practice our song for about 1 or 2 days. Before the contest begun we sang over and over again. I chose this song from Regine Velasquez (sowe, forgot the title... but I think it's Dadalhin.) One thing I learned about that after is that when you join a singing contest you need to choose song that you like and you need more than 2 days to practice.

Here it comes, the emcee called my name. And now lets listen to Cecille Ann A----- I sang one stanza (do you call that stanza?) and forgot the next. I wrote some "codego" on my left palm hand and looked at what's next. that is so funny..... I am infront of a lot of people and there I am standing on the stage and being embarrass. My sister was there and some of my friends. When it was finished I just went out from that gym and started to cry.

But now, I just laugh about it. I am not really shy about telling my embarrassing experience because that helps me too and I learned something about it.

3 weeks to go

This coming May 24th, Cliff and I are going to El Paso to visit her Mom. OOppss... that would be my first time to see her. I am excited as well as nervous. hehe!! I talked to her Mom before and she seems very nice. I just hope she will like me.
