Missing Philippines

Canned beef loaf, corned beef and rice, these are the food that I miss eating. I miss to eat this Filipino food.

When I first moved here in the USA last December of 2007, I oftentimes crave for Filipino food. That is why, I never surpass buying this kind of food in the store (Filipino store) here in Texas.
It has been about 8 months of adjustment from wanting to eat western dishes. Now, I am used to eat but there is always a time that my appetite looks for Filipino food. Good thing that eventhough, I am here in the US, there are still lots of Filipino food available in s0me of the stores here especially in the Filipino stores.

Part of my adjustment here aside from missing the Philippines and my family there, I also miss a lot of things like food, lifestyle and the climate as well.
