Valentines Day connotes romantic, extravagant, exotic, peaceful, "you-me" time, delicate and even sophisticated treats or things. But those are just adjectives.
To fully enjoy the meaning of love, Valentines Day stores simplicity but elegance.
It is better to give simpler things to a loved one, not those expensive stuff. The simpler, the better, When you love someone, the real essence of that love in not on expensive things. You can give, but that one that is coming from your heart. I am not telling nor convincing you to hinder buying sophisticated items. But let us be true here. Buy those things which you can afford and those that is with love.
But for me, a card, chocolates, red roses, a book, a composed song or poem is worth a gift. That what makes Valentines Day a day of love, simple and that is coming from the heart.
